“Company ACT” LLC is a rapidly growing enterprise specializing in development of design and estimate documentation for civil facilities. The most complicated architectural concepts can be realized due to the expertise of the professionals employed with our design organization.

The enterprise was established through a development evolution of several design and survey bureaus for the purpose of integration of engineering experience. The designed facilities in Sochi include residential neighborhoods, sports and recreation complexes, kindergarten and school facilities, business and office centers, apartment buildings from 3 to 25 stories; many of the buildings and constructions designed by our enterprise have already been built and help boost the image of the city of Sochi today, upholding its status as the summer capital of the Russian Federation and the capital of the 2014 Winter Olympics.

The executed projects geography is not limited by the territorial boundaries of Sochi and Krasnodar Territory. For instance, the company’s specialists took part in designing development projects in such areas as Rostov, Belgorod, Leningrad, Tyumen regions, including the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District (KhMAD-YuGRA), the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We will execute design of a development project of any complexity and at any stage, such as schematic design, basic design (FS) and engineering documentation, render services as a General Designer and join efforts with Sochi’s design organizations to fulfill the task set before us. We will also assist the Customer at the stage of source data collection, approval and expert evaluation, as well as at the stage of obtaining of a construction permit.
