Types of the Company’s activity:

Pre-project works.

Design of buildings and facilities of levels I and II of responsibility

Development of design and estimate documentation includes two main stages:

Design Documentation Stage (DD) and Engineering Documentation Stage (ED).

1. Design Documentation Stage is required for all mandatory approvals, expert examinations and construction permit.

2. Engineering Documentation Stage is required for execution of installation and construction works on site and drawing up of as-build documentation.

Functions of the Engineering Customer

1.Holding of the tender for selection of a General Contracting Organization.

Development of the tender documentation package.
Preliminary selection of tender participants.
Evaluation of proposals.

Designer supervision of the construction

At the time of implementation of the concepts in accordance with the developed design and estimate documentation, the Company ACT will provide the designer supervision of the construction. The designer supervision work includes the following: site visits when critical structures are erected, execution of hidden work reports, and emendation of the design documentation where such emendation becomes necessary during the construction, etc.
